While doing research on my family's occupation of lands in County Waterford c 1850 I came to find that 4 of the plots they had leased were leased from a LORD CAREW. I did a Google on him and discovered he owned at least 84 acres in the Woodstown area and had been involved in that area for generations. Evidently the family and the name died out in the 1930s but does anybody know anything about this guy? Would there be any lease transactions extant from the 1850s held privately? My family shows about 50 acres leased from him. Any help appreciated. Slainte, Tim in North Carolina
