It is located between the R 708 heading SSE to the airport, and the next road to its NE from the city center running south of the R 683 and parallel to it. This 'in-between' road later connects with the R 684 about 4 miles SE of Waterford City center. If you've got a Discovery map # 76, the centerpoint of Grange Lower is at 614 104.
