It's located a bit less than 3 miles SW of the central area of Waterford City. This places it about a mile south of the N 25 in the Waterford Industrial Estate area of west Waterford City. I don't know how this fits-in with the Kilmeadan District, but Kilmeadan (and Brad Pitt's house there) are only about 4 miles WNW from Carriganard.
