Hello Listers I am interested in tracing the descendants of a Godfrey Herbert CAREW, born between 1879 to 1880, possibly in County Waterford, Ireland. His birth cannot be found in the GRO births index for England and Wales for the period 1879-1882. He died on the 14 January 1963 in South Harrow, Middlesex, England. I have recently discovered Godfrey to be linked with the maternal side of my family. I am also interested in finding the family of Maxwell CAREW, a Music Hall Artiste, who died in Brighton, England in August 1965. He was also born in 1881 and possibly in County Waterford, Ireland!! During Maxwell's career he had a double act with his brother (name unknown) and I wonder whether Godfrey might have been his brother or perhaps a cousin!
