    1. [WAT] Rathgormack Curry Nugent
    2. My grandmother was born in Rathgormack parish, most like near Glenpatrick on the road to Clonmel, perhaps at Powers of the Pot. She was Mary Power, daughter of Edmund and Margaret. I checked the "Griffith's" for the area and found Nugents ( Patrick , James, Darby, and CATHERINE) and John Curry living on the townland of Ballynacurra in what was Mothel parish. There are quite a few Nugent and Curry families in the Rathgormack area. I have been in contact with a Currry family that now lives in Powers of the Pot close to where my grandmother was born. Does anyone know off hand how close Hurley's Cross is to either Powers of the Pot or Glenpatrick?

    1. Re: [WAT] Rathgormack Curry Nugent
    2. Hello Luke We have briefly corresponded before. I have much information about the Rathgormuck Nugents. My greatgrandmother Ellen Nugent was born in Ballinacurra in 1852. Her grandmother was Catherine Curry.
