I am a new subscriber to this list. I'm looking for information on a Michael Tobin, b. about 1810, who eventually migrated to Hemmingford, Quebec. His parents were Michael Tobin and Henrietta Marcay (or Markey). They were RC and the only information I have as to location is "Waterford Parish". Also, I looked back and found a message from six months ago related to IFHF and found that Waterford won't be participating. Is that still the case? Bonnie MacKay House
Bonnie, That is still the case as far as I can tell. At the moment there are only two ways to get records - from the films at the library in Dublin, or through Waterford Heritage who are quite expensive.
