Three Hearn's from Waterford County to Rocky Bay, Isle Madame, Cape Breton (a British Colony before joining Nova Scotia): Catherine Hearn married to Martin Kelly David Hearn b. abt. 1795 marr to Mary O'Connor b. abt. 1791 John Hearn b. abt. 1798 marr to Elizabeth Stone b. abt 1800 in St. Peter's, Cape Breton They arrived in Cape Breton from Ireland via Newfoundland and there parents may have stayed there. The Hearn's were neighbors and close friends of the McGrath's.
