My great grandfather James Patrick Delahunty was born in Waterford in 1847 , and emigrated to birkenhead in England, His father was Walter Delahunty who married Anastasia Connery in 1834. Some of this information came from the Waterford Heritage Society. If anyone can suggest other avenues of research concerning Walter and his wife Anastasia, which would go back further, it would be appreciated.
