Hello Dave I just tried the website that you mentioned but it tells me that an error occurred during the "login" process but I cannot find anywhere on the site where you can register. Did you register? Pat, Dave ,List, I think their server is down. I got the same error also. I find familysearch.org much more helpful for MA vitals than the state site.
