I haven't done research in PA, but I think the vital records were kept at the local level rather than state so if you don't get anywhere with the church I'd try that.  Since you already know Anna's death date, her death cert. should be easy to get and have a maiden name for her mother.  And don't discount the fact an earlier researcher could have missed a sibling or two.  Especially if they died young or didn't come to the US.  I recently sent to Tipperary for records of my Ryan family and it turned up 2 brothers who never made it to America and were unknown to me til then. Ellen   I do have the marriage date for Anna and Catherine but not sure what Catholic church in Phila. they were married...maybe I will contact Archdiocese there and order their marriage records.  On Anna's obit it lists her parents as Patrick and Catherine Foley.
