Janet, List This is very disappointing news. All my needs are RC before 1864. The LDS site "familysearch.org" already have many of the Waterford Civil births for free. I was looking forward with great anticipation to the records coming online. I was prepared to spend the 5 EURO a record for data that I'm sure would speed up my Waterford research.
