One fat wether, as acates or 5/. Inrolled, 2nd April 1703. 2. Deed of Lease and Release-3rd and 4th Sept. 1702. Duke of Ormond to James Dawson, of Courtstown. Esq. Cappaghmuskerry, 429 acres, and mountain land 1014 acres. Barony Clanwilliam, Co. Tipp. Rent. £50. One fat beef as acates. Inrolled 18th Sept. 1703. 3. Like deeds, 27th and the 28th April 1704. Duke of Ormond to Richard Shaw, Carrick, Gent. A thatched house, with a small thatched house backwards, and a garden to the town wall, a garden, and two cabins at the Green of Carrick, and a cabin in the suburbs of Carrick. Rent £2.
