Tipperary, to Thomas Baker, of Latin, Gent, of all legacies which Walter Baker, deceased, father of the said Thomas, bequeathed to Mary Baker, only sister of the said Thomas, other than the sum of £300 sterling, in contemplation of the marriage of the said Richard with Mary Baker, with an agreement that if Mary Baker should die without children, the said Richard should pay back half the said sum.
