    3. Hi Sandra, If you go back in the archives of the list, there is a discussion on the changes in the Waterford border and the dates. I think Pete has the information, too, as there was also a discussion a while back on the Irish Placenames list. Short answer is, yes, the border did move. If the border moved in that area, then some of my questions are answered.
