Helen, I stopped in at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity just to be sure and there are zero portraits there. The Anglican church was closed, so I went over to the tourist office and got a very nice woman who gave me some information. Your contact at the Anglican church, Christ Church Cathedral, is: Susan Grant. Her phone number is 051 858 958 and the URL is www.christchurchwaterford.com, which may have a Contact Us link; I didn't go look. In the event that fails, there may be portraits at the City library or the City Archives, both in Waterford City itself (Different from the ones at Dungarvan for the county). The phone number for the library is 051 873 501. I don't have a phone number for the City Archivist. In the City Library, they have 4 special Waterford Rooms and there may be some portraits hanging in there. That's the best I could do in the little time I had there and with the church not open. Thank you so much Janet, I now at least have contact info. I'm going to email them. I know it's a long shot but you never know! I'll also try contacting the library and the Catholic Cathedral which is probably my best shot as he was Catholic.
