I am looking for any information on a James Joseph Phelan and particularly parent names. He was born 6 May 1881 and I have two possible birth locations for him. One is Ballyduff and the other was mentioned on his naturalization papers as Portland Waterford County Ireland. He came to the US in 1900 and I know that he attended the catholic church here.
