Good Morning List I am hoping someone can assist me with my family from Villierstown Waterford. My 2 x great grandmother was Maggie (Margaret) Daly born 21 Nov 1879 in Villierstown Dungarvan Waterford to James Daly and Catherine nee Kiely. Maggie married Albert Killick in Croydon SRY UK, still not sure how or why she was in the UK (another look into). I have been trying to trace details for the Daly's and Kiely's in Waterford IRL and I think I have their marriage certificate but it is for James Dawley and Catherine Kiely both from Villierstown James father is listed as Martine Dawley and Catherines is John Kiely so my first question would be is Dawley a common variation to the surnname Daly is it how it is pronounced that would be thought to be one and the same? I then think that I have James Daly death certificate which is spelt Daly with Kate (wife) present so Kate and Catherine is ok. If anyone can advise help and point me in the right direction to getting the details I would be most appreciated. Regards Leanne Perth West Australia
