I contacted the Help desk re the unsubs that happened yesterday, and received this response today: "Thank you for replying back to us. I tried to duplicate the issue on this end it appears the pathways are working correctly. What ever happened may have been a very temporary thing. If you get any new experiences or problems with anonymous unsubscribing on those same lists, please let us know again. We will keep our ears open to other similar issues. So far your report is the only one, so we will keep this as a possibility of other issues to watch for. Thank you for your help in reporting this to us." If anyone happens to get unsubbed from now on, please contact me directly first so I can see if there was a reason, i.e. bounced messages, and then I will advise you to just sub back in and I will let the Help desk know that the problem occured again. I am sorry this happened and am not sure what to do about the 7 people that got unsubbed as I can't tell if any of them intended co-incidentally to unsub for a vacation or something and wouldn't want to be arbitralily subbed back in.
