I had to share this with you. Our lowest temps this month haven't been seen since the 1940's, and this December has been colder than any other December since they began keeping records. This is probably because Canada and PEI have stolen the Gulf Stream from Ireland and we are now demanding that you return it asap! Janet

Dear Sandra (and other listers), I have a Richard Hally who married Catherine Condom. Their daughter Catherine Hally married Patrick Meehan. Patrick had a daughter, Margaret Meehan who married Daniel Keane. Margaret was born in 1883 which means Richard Hally was probably born before 1843 (maybe even a lot earlier), Margaret had two brothers. I think both married Kielly girls. One of them (the girls) was Patty Keilly. As far as I know, they were all from the Dungarvan area of Waterford and in Weddings, baptisms etc were at Modiligo Parish, Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church (Catholics) Margaret Meehan Keane is my grandmother. Pat Patricia Crane
When these requests are made, and they are great to see, could the religion and the time frame be added into the request? That is baptismal records, not certificates. I got these records first from Waterford Heritage Center and then directly from the original books held in Newcastle Parish. And I found out the parish from one of Michael Hally and Catherine English's children's death record in Wisconsin where it told where the parents were born.
