I have a general question- Do the Spokane Teachers retire under the Social Security System or do they have a Washington State Retirement System? I am trying to find when my cousin died, she was a Spokane Teacher and has been dead for probably 40-50 years, dying in Spokane. I have checked the SSDI and do not find her. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank You, Ron
