Make sure that you have a good date of death. But it appears you only have a year, they probably would be hard pressed to find them in an hour. Unless someone spends time and finds success in microfilm of deaths in Washington, they also would be hard pressed to find them. I've checked the microfilms...they are often extremely difficult to read, often impossible due to the age and quality of the filming. Another point, obits quite common for everyone today, were not that common then. You identified he died in 1922 in the "Waverly Precinct". Is this based on where he was living as identified in the 1920 census? Or, do you have other information? The census is unclear if they owned or rented during that time (it's crossed out).
