I'm stuck trying to get his Walker line back further in Kentucky. I'm hoping an obituary for Joel Walker b. 1837 in Kentucky who died in 1922 in the Waverly Precinct area of Spokane, will help out. His wife was Mary M. Walker (maiden name uknown)1847-1928. Her obituary would also be helpful. At the least it might give us a maiden surname, and who knows?-- maybe parents names and birth county as well as state, also. My kinsman descends from Joel and Mary Walker through their son Henry Thomas (or Thomas Henry) Walker and his wife Martha A. Walker through their oldest daughter Ailith/Alith who married a Dashiell. Any help on the earlier parts of this Walker line are greatly appreciated. Cecilia L.
