He was a salesman _____ _____ (can't read). He and his wife Emily S. had been married abt. 4 yrs. She was b. in IN & 38 yrs old. She had given birth to two children who were both alive in 1910. Their son Francis W. was b. OK & was abt. 3 & their son James P. was b. OK & 2. Frank Seldon Noel filled out his World War I Draft Reg. Card 9/12/1918 and was living at 113 E. 4th Ave., Spokane. He was b. 24 March 1874. He was a driver for J. B. Bouchet, French cleaner & dyer @ 333 W. 3rd Ave., Spokane. His wife was Emily S. Noel. He was medium height, slender build, light blue eyes with light brown hair. In 1920 they were living in Spokane. He was a wagon driver for a dye work. No additional children. In 1930 they were living in Spokane. He was a janitor at a church. Both boys were single, living at home with no occupations. Francis Noel, 531-16-4283, last residence (or where last benefit check was mailed) Spokane was born 29 Sept. 1906. He died May 1986. His social security number was assigned to him in WA before 1951. He was born abt. 1907 and lived in Spokane City (as opposed to Spokane County) per death cert #015146. Source: WA Death Index.
