Smith" who migrated from the Fulton / Koskiusko county area in Indiana to Washington State between 1900 and 1910. Wilson b: IN, between 1878 and 1880 Parents: Uriah W. Smith, d. 1882 and Harriet W. Richardson. Harriet remarried Joseph Willard Bisel (Bissel, Bizel) after Uriah's death, and moved from Fulton Co to Koskiusko Co, IN with Joseph, where they had one more child: Janie. Between 1900 and 1910 the blended family migrated to WA, possibly Spokane or Loon Lake area. Wilson Smith had a brother, John Riley Smith who remained in Fulton Co, IN, from whom I am descended.
