Looking for the whereabouts of David H. Cowart in 1920. He was b. 1904 Mississippi and was a companion of my Father, Joe B. Chandler b. 1899 Spokane, WA. My father left Washington abt. 1923 with two friends. This David Cowart along with Bernard Gilbreth shows up on the 1930 census with my father in San Diego CA.
