What do you know about this person, do you have her date of birth, place of birth. If you know the names of her parents, that might help. But, the date/place of birth of your father would be helpful, as it appears he could be found in the US Census of 1930 and before. Knowing enough information about the siblings/parents, even Bernice could help. I did some initial searches but could not find a Bernice Elgin after the census. There were 353 Bernice Baker in the 1930 Census, 118 in the 1910. There were 71 Clifton Baker in the 1930 Census, 38 in the 1900 Census. Since Baker is such a common name, much more information is needed. "Jenny" Baker died 1930; but was this her name at death, or did she have a married name? Do you know Bernice's husband's name, or any information on him? Where they married, etc. Ron Bestrom Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
