Willson, 59, who recently established a taxi business in Mullan, died about 9 a.m. today in his room in the Billberg hotel in Mullan. He became ill yesterday. Willson, who was born in Michigan, had lived in Spokane before going to Mullan. He was a member of the Central Christilan church in Spokane. Surviving are his widow, Meryle, who lives in Spokane, a son, Edward L. Willson, Adiak, Alaska, a brother, George, Holt, Mich., and a stepson, Don Johnson, Spokane. The body was taken to Spokane this afternoon by Wards Funeral Home. Hazen & Jaeger will have charge of funeral services and burial will be in Riverside Park. Willson was a veteran of World war I. -------- This is grandfather; I never knew him. I tracked him down once I'd found his death. They'd been living there in Spokane recently-prior. I'd like to find out if there's a marriage registry under his name in Spokane county. I'd like to get some info from the cemetery / funeral home. Much of what's in the obit is untrue.
