"Joe" Barrett, 73, is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Greenwood Memorial Park. Mr. Barrett, who was born in Montana, died Thursday. He retired from the Air Force in 1964 as a lieutenant colonel and had lived in Spokane for 43 years. He was a member of Shadle Park Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Jean Barrett; sons Joseph Barrett of Silverdale, Wash., Ronald Barrett of Bothell, Wash., David Barrett of Spokane, and Jonathan Barrett of Seattle; daughters Nancy Micheau and Suzy Greco, both of Veradale; brothers William and Edward Barrett, both of Billings, Mont.; and seven grandchildren.
