I am trying to find out who the parents of Robert W. Brandt were. He was born in 1915, I am told, to a Julius Brandt but my cousins' wife (Marilyn) didn't clarify which one and she passed away recently. He died in Spokane co. in 1996 but there doesn't seem to be an obit for him. His on line death certificate doesn't list family members. Can anyone help?
