I found a Spokane marriage certificate for 1906 between an Andrew R. EWING and an Etta WILLIAMSON. The 1900 Spokane census has an Etta WILLIAMSON, born Oregon, father Kentucky, mother Iowa (the same information as given for Avis WILLIAMSON EWING), listed as "visitor" in the EWING household.
