Provide the date/place of birth for Martha and her brothers. If you don't know the exact dates, identify as much of a period as you can. Do you know "your" Martha's husband's name, names of any children? If they weren't from Spokane, when did they come here? http://www.tedpack.org/goodpost.html The 1930 Census: 217 Albert Herman's, 114 Martha's, 181 Paul, If Richard and Auguste were married before coming to the US, Auguste couldn't be found as a Schlagowski. There was an Auguste Schlagowski born about 1848, arrived from Germany on 13 June 1888 There are fewer Hermans listed in Washington State, but the would have had to have been in WA during the 1930 Census. There were Frank's, Albert's that died in Washington State, but impossible to identify if they were the correct persons. You identified a Martha Johnson with death in 1966, which was the wrong one. Do you know "your" Martha Johnson died in Washington, or in 1966? Repost with more specific information about them. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
