I'm trying to locate my Grandpa's uncle and his family who emigrated in 1902/03 first to Michigan and then to Washinton. I'd be really grateful for any additional information that I could get - in particular about their daughter Anna! Here's what I already know: Karl Gustav Isaksson/Isaacson (orig. Pahtajärvi) b. 1861 in Övertorneå Parish in northern Sweden married to Anna Gustava (née Lindbäck) b. 1848. They emigrated in 1902 to Amasa, MI and were joined 1903 by their daughter Anna Signe Isaksson, b 1890 March 11 - by then the parents lived in Iron Mountain MI. According to the 1920 Census the parents lived in Spokane, Spokane Co., (Page: 7B, ED:159). But they are not to be found in the 1930 Census. Of the daughter there is so far no traces. I'd be grateful for any help or tip! Yours sincerely Håkan Bergström Brussels

She is buried at Fairmount Memorial Park. She had one daughter named Mary Ewing and one step-daughter named Agnes. She also had a granddaughter named Cathy Baker. Irene was the half sister for my g-g-grandmother. It has been a long hard road to track her (her mother was married 6 times!) and I am trying to find her decendants. Mary Ewing may already have passed on as the SSDI has a Mary Ewing who died in 1998 in Spokane. A search online for Cathy Baker did not amount to anything. If anyone knows any of these people and can relay my interest in finding them, I would appreciate it. Or if you have any ideas on how to find them it would be appreciated. Irene was a widow, so I do not know her husbands name.

Hello there, I just found out recently that George D. Nielsen spent some time as a clergyman in Spokane city around 1930. He and his family lived at 413 McClellan. He was married to Ella and had children by the name of Ruth (18 in 1930), George D. Jr (16 in 1930), Ralph (13 in 1930), Daniel J. (5 in 1930) and Eileen B. (8 in 1930). Since I haven't done any research in this part of Washington before, I'm wondering what kind of resources are out there? How might I go about finding out which church Nielsen preached at? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Erica Jacobson South Burlington, Vermont __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
