Estella remarried after Fred died in Canada. I have obtained both her death certificate and that of Fred plus newspaper articles regarding both along with her third husband who died about two months after Estella. Estella is buried next to Fred in Spokane Washington. One more mystery solved.

    3. Julie, it's possible John TOYCEN died a Catholic or is buried in a Catholic cemetery. However, his Norwegian background was Lutheran. If you can find where Ben NELSON (born Bersvend NILSEN) and his wife, Julia (TOYCEN), are buried, it is likely that John may be nearby. I just haven't been able to locate their resting place or definitive death dates. (See my May 2006 Spokane posting). Thank you for your interest and effort!     2. Dear List, I am seeking the burial location of my relative, Easter/Ester Elizabeth (Johnson) Fortune. She was b. 1873, either Texas or Douglas Co. MO. In 1893 she was married in Douglas Co.
