    3. Hello, List Folks! SnoCo's very own Dave Ault sent me this announcement to share with you all... The Dec. 2004 meeting of the Seattle Genealogical Society Computer Interest Group sponsors a demonstration of The Master Genealogist (TMG) software: INTRODUCTION TO TMG: CREATING REPORTS & CHARTS Our speaker is Ed Godfrey, facilitator of the Seattle Area TMG Users Group. All SGS members and friends are invited to attend, especially those who use TMG or attended an earlier presentation by Ed on "Introduction to TMG" given in the Spring of 2004 and again at the November SGS Computer Seminar. Topics of Ed's presentation include: a quick review of data entry; embedded printer codes; designating "primary" events, images, parents, and names for certain reports; selecting variant names; selecting a report type; setting report options; selecting the people to be included in a report; using filters in reports; supported file types for reports; and an introduction to Visual Chartform. Other features of TMG will be demonstrated if requested and as time permits. This meeting will be held on Saturday, December 11th, 2004 from 10 a.m. to Noon in the second floor conference room at NARA. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is located at 6125 Sand Point Way NE in Seattle. Parking is available in the NARA lot. On the Metro Transit #74 and #75 bus lines.
