Wright, aged 74 years, a resident of Mukilteo for eight years, a veteran of the Civil war, and a member of Portland I.O.O.F, died Feb. 17. The deceased is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. The body was moved to the parlors of John F. Jerread. Fuenral arrangements have not been completed. 1910 Snohomish Co. census Samuel S. Wright age 63 married 2 b/PA Maggie age 47 married once 4 children 4 living b/IL Katie age 14 b/OR Frank age 9 b/OR Samuel S. Wright served in 100th PA Inf. Co. C. he was also listed in the 55th and 134th PA inf. He requested pension from this service from Oregon and his wife Maggie requested pension upon his death 2/17/1917. Maggie died 3/9/1939.
