Gunn will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Jerreads chapel. The Masons will conduct the services at the grave. This is the only obit I find on Amos Dewey Gunn but on page 1111 of Snohomish Co. Biographical is a write up on Mr. Gunn reading in part... Amos D. Gunn b/5/14/1843 Putnam county, ILL his father Luther D. Gunn moved from MA to ILL 1835. His mother was Emerancy (Collins) Gunn. Amos Enlisted in 20th ILL inf. and later 139th ILL inf. After the war he located in KS. Amos married Perses E. Graves in 1868. Children noted were: Mrs. Nettie Doolittle, Mrs. Stella Van Vecten, Mrs. Carrie Hagath, Mrs. Lena Schull, Luther C., and Perses. (who was the post mistree in Index) Amos D Gunn served with 139th ILL Inf Co B and requested pension from that service in 1893 from the state of WA
