Everett, Snohomish Co. Washington, March 1950: Edith Geddis Mrs. Edith Geddis of Everett died at a local hospital late Friday evening after an extended illness. Mrs. Geddis was born in Iron River, Wisconsin, October 1, 1900, and has lived in Everett most of her life. Surviving relatives are one daughter, Mrs. June Russell of Seattle, one son, Robert Geddis of 1039 Woodlawn Avenue., six sisters, Mrs. Ben Frolich of 2818 Everett Avenue. Mrs. Julia Seling of 1609 Rockefeller Avenue, Mrs. Emma Anderson and Mrs. Bertha Liske , both of Seattle, Mrs. Tony Bush of Kelso and Mrs. Hilda LeRoy of Kalama; one brother, Fred Blanc of Mount Vernon, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the chapel of the Solie Funeral Home.The Rev. Edwin Johnson will conduct the services. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
