I found one for Cora E. Murphy in the 1974 collection and the one for Alice G. Rysted was in the 1977 notebook. The exact date of publication is not noted on the clippings. I did not find one for Luella S. Snell as having died in 1976. However, I later looked her up on the Social Security Death Index and it appears that she died in 1996, not 1976. I might be able to look for her the next time I go to the SVGS library in Arlington. Here is the text of the obituary for Cora E. Murphy (died 1974): Cora E. Murphy, 87, of 95 Lincoln St., Snohomish, died June 3 in Monroe. She was born June 2, 1887, in Kimball, S.D., coming to Clearview in 1931 and had lived in this area ever since. Mrs. Murphy leaves four sons, Bruce Stroud of Wrenshall, Minn., George Stroud of Snohomish, Jerry Stroud of Fruitland, Idaho and Floyd Stroud of Seattle; six daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Tillman of Cloquet, Minn., Mrs. Elva Lange of Green Bay, Wisc., Mrs. Alice Rainwater of Everett; Mrs. Louise Mashburn of Mountain Home, Idaho, Mrs. Charlotte Wardrip of Martel, Calif., and Mrs. Louella Snell of Snohomish; and many grandchildren. Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday in the Azalea Chapel of Purdy and Dawson Funeral Home. Interment will be in the GAR Cemetery. Rev. John A. Peeters will officiate. Casketbearers will be grandsons of Mrs. Murphy: William C., Robert W., Richard L. and Donald N. Stroud and Jay and Donald Mylan. Here is the text for the obituary of Alice G.
