He married a widower Jemima McClinney Smith 3/18/1893 Morton Co. ND. She had been previously married to Lewis Smith whom died at Sanger ND in 1892. Her children by the first marriage were: John B. Smith 1863 William W. Smith 1865 Henderson L. Smith 1867 Mall C. Smith 1874 Charles F. Smith 1877 Mina Tritch 1879 Robert F. 1881 There were no children from the union of Moses and Jemima marriage of 1893. Moses is noted as a farmer at time of his death. He was a member of the John Buford Post #89 of Everett, WA and is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Everett, WA
