W. Pigors (1981 notebook): "Emil F. W. Pigors, of Lake Stevens died Dec. 23, 1981. He was born Sept. 8, 1909, in South Dakota. He was a member of F.O.E. No. 13, Lake Stevens Lions Club, and the Kellogg Marsh Grange. He leaves sister, Mrs. Erna Cheldelin of Prosser; nephews, Henry Pigors, Frank Pigors, and Willis Donnally; and nieces, Ella Pigors, Juanita Koontz, and Katherine Connolly. Services 11 a.m., Monday in the Chapel of Challacombe Fickel and Precht with Rev. A. Leewarner officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery." re Reuben Theodore Pigors (1995 notebook): "Reuben Theodore Pigors, 76, of Lake Stevens, died May 13, 1995. He was born, February 28, 1919, in Willa, North Dakota. He was a long time resident of Snohomish County. He leaves his wife of 31 years; Leitha, at home. His daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Bob Cook of Marysville; and his other children, Raymond and Gloria Halverson, of Alabama, Stephen and Dorothy Halverson, of Arizona, Mary and Larry Linville, of California, Heidi and Carl Weiland, of California; one brother, E. W. Pigors, of North Dakota; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 1995 at 10:00 a.m., at Schafer-Shipman Funeral home of Marysville. Time of visitation will be held May 16, 1995 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service at G.A.R. Cemetery, Snohomish. Services and arrangements under the direction of Schaefer Shipman Funeral Home of Marysville."
