She and her sister came west in 1902 and lived in the Bellingham area until 1906, when they moved to Everett. She lived for many years in the Pinehurst area, where she was active in church and civic affairs. She was a member of Everett Chapter 222, OES, and Everett Court 7, Order of Amaranth. She leaves a niece, Mrs. Dayle C. Potts of 3830 Colby, and many nieces and nephews in Tacoma, Everson, Seattle, Wenatchee, Minnesota, North Dakota and Vancouver, B.C. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday in the Purdy and Walters Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
