I used Soundex to search for Frank in ancestry.com's 1910 census, and no luck. I don't find them in the 1920 census, either. Might Frank and/or Mary have been Canadian and moved back there. Do you know where Nellie lived as a child? I would think you should be able to get a copy of this birth certificate from the Washington State Department of Health to see if that will give you a little more information about Frank and Mary (Tilly) Corp.
