Born June 16, 1916 in St. Louis, Missouri, he had lived in the Everett area for the past 20 years. Owner of the Everett Amusement Company, he was a Marine Corp. veteran of World War 11, and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Old Guard Post No. 2100 and the American Legion, Earl Faulkner Post No. 6. He was a Life member of the Everett Elks No. 479, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No.13, Everett Yacht Club, Everett Sportsmen's Club and the Washington State Amusement Association. He leaves his wife, Beatrice; two sons, Robert of San Francisco and Ronald of 1505 44th St, his mother, Mrs. Lucy Belle Kincaid of 1915 Hewitt Ave. and his father, Omar A. Kincaid Sr. of Bristol, Virginia. Services Monday, 3 p.m. fron the funeral home. The Officers of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Benevolent Protective order of Elks No. 479 will conduct the services. Buri! al will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Everett.
