Hatch is found 1850 living with Ephraim & Mary Farnsworth family in Jonesboro, Washington Co.ME he then leaves Me and is found 1860 in Kitsap Co., Washington and is noted all through the census as Timberman. 1870 he is in Thurston Co., WA and has married Olive 1848/Me and children were Burton 1864/WT, Eddie 1866/WT, Philip 1868/WT. 1879 & 1883 finds him in Pierce Co. WA with two more children Lena 1874/WT, and Grace 1879/WT. He is in Pierce Co until 1900 when he removed to Everett, Snohomish Co. WA and still in Timber business. He is also a widower. He is noted in 1910 cenus still in Everett. Everett Daily Herald 12/11/1914 H.R. Hatch a pioneer resident of Everett died this morning as a result of paralyia at his late home 516 Cedar St. Mr. Hatch had been interested in the lumber business for many years, both in Everett during his 15 years residence and at other points along the Pacific coast. Mr. Hatch is survived by a son B (Burton) Hatch of this city, by a daughter, Mrs. Grace Brown, of Seattle; anther daughter, Mrs. Lena Cowgill, in Spokane, and another son P. H. Hatch, also of Spokane. The former lumberman was born in ME in 1837 and came to Port Gamble in this state, in 1858. Announcement of funeral arrangements will be made later. He was a member of a party of 48 who crossed the Isthmus of Panama on their way from ME to Port Gamble in Sept. 1858. He is survived by only two members of that party.
