Good morning, List Folks - Here's news of an upcoming event. The South King County Gen Soc is hosting a half-day seminar on DNA and Genealogy, featuring Emily D. Aulicino, Regional Coordinator and Speaker of the International Society of Genetic Genealogists for the states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Ms Aulicina's presentation will consist of two sessions: "Introduction to Genetic Genealogy: DNA - our Paper Trail" and "Comparing DNA: Apples, Oranges and Bananas". The Seminar will be held 21 March 2009 from 8:30 am to 12 noon; the doors will open at 8 am. Location: First Baptist Church of Kent, 11420 SE 248th St in Kent.
