I had a client years ago who was from that orphanage. The orphanage was connected with Deaconess Children's Services, in fact I think that was the agency's name. The Deaconess agency in Everett, as I recall, does not have those old records. If the person was adopted, their adoption file is at the Snohomish County Courthouse in Everett. The law requires that an adoptee engage a court-appointed Confidential Intermediary, no matter how old the adoptee might be today. Let me know if I can help.
