It is not transcribed by address. I did take a look at the 1910 census and found for any name beginning with "Sib" five persons. Two were living in Everett, Sibley Ross, born about 1886 in Pennsylvania, Marjorie Sibyl Baker, born Illinois about 1901. The others were Silbert Kanakkeberg, 1892 Norway; Sibbie Osborne (wife) 1892 in WA; and Sibyl Pickens, 1904 WA. For Last names beginning with "Sib", James Siberman, 1885; Bertha Siberman; Pearl Siberman; Fred Sibbey, 1870 in Michigan, Laura Sibbey, Francis Sibbey and Andrew Sibo, 1837 in Norway. The only other valid search method would be the City Directories (Polks). But, I don't believe they had the cross reference by street back in 1910. I could be wrong, someone needs to check those directories. The County Assessor's office could identify the owner back then, but it would take a great deal of time.
