Wilcox 88 years old a former resident of Everett dfied Saturday at Snoqualmie Falls following a brief illness. He is survived by three children, Mrs. T.E. Kirk of Snoqualmie Falls at whose home he died, John B. Wilcox of Everett and Frank A. Wilcox of Bellingham. Mr. Wilcox was a Civil war veteran and was a member of the Ancient Order of the United Workmen at Council Grove, Kansas. He is also survived by a sister, Mr. Mary Graham of Fitzgerald, GA. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the chapel of John F. Jerread. The Rev. Edgar M. Rogers will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery. Frank M. Wilcox served in 1st Colorado Cavalry Co. G as a Lieutenant and requested a pension from that service in 1890 from the state of KS. He leaves a wife and several grown children. The funeral was held this afternoon at the residence of E. J. Kennedy, Rev. West officiating at the home. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery under the auspices of the G.A.R. I do not find a J.B. Sessions in Evergreen 1910 but do find a Alexander B. Sessions buried 5/23/1910. Culver was G.A.R. post commander of Everett John Buford Post #89 since 1/1922, died 10/14/1922 in the Old Soldiers Home at Retsil, WA and was buried in the Soldiers cemetry. Mr. Culver was born 2/5/1840 on the shore of Lake Erie, Erie county in the state of PA. He served with 16th US regiment and was honorable discharged. He became a member of the Grand Army of the Repbulic during the early days of the order. Many of the John Buford Post attended the memorial for Mr. Culver at the G.A.R. meeting at the Everett Armory.

Mrs. Christina Harrier, daughter in law Mrs. G. Sheldon, grandaughter Margaret Harrier was b/5/2/1820 and died 3/21/1917 at the age of 97. She is the only Harrier buried at Evergreen cemetery. I do not find any CWV information on Margaret Harrier but do find a Christina Harrier with pension from CW from service of Marion Harrier from WA. And Christina mentioned above is widow by 1910 census. Margaret Harrier in 1910 is living with daughter Clara and husband Nelson M. Dubuque and noted as having own income. Margaret Harrier was buried by the Womens Releif Corp G.A.R. and trying to determine whom of the Harrier was the Civil war veteran. Would like to hear from anyone researching the Harrier family.

Susie Kelsey was an Indian woman, her aged parents residing at the present time on Tulalip reservation, where Mrs. Kelsey went to end her days, after giving up hopes of recovery from cancer. After her death the remains were brought here, and Rev. McKear, of the M.E. church, preached the funerals sermon. Mr. and Mrs Kelsey have resided many years on a farm near Monroe, and both have been highly respected.

Mrs. Prescott was a native of Canada, but had lived for many years in the US. She is a member of the G.A.R. circle, her husband being a prominent member of the local G.A.R. post. Although in an enfeebled condition, his sudden death was unexpected. For the past several months Mr. Bown has made his home with his daughter. He was an old soldier, having served in the Civil war. Surviving relatives are three daughters, Mrs. Claud Coble, of Bow; Mrs Irving Hopper of Monroe, and Mrs. John Woods, of California, one son, Walter, a brother Frank Bown of MO.
