She was born May 31, 1909 in Ash County, North Carolina and came to Skagit County in 1917. She had resided in Snohomish County since 1949. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Hillie Roark and Mrs. Hettie Tyree, both of Sedro-Woolley, and Mrs. Lillian Winklesky of Marysville; three brothers, John Latham of Alger, Carl and Todd Latham, both of Marysville, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Hulbush Chapel with the Rev. S. E. Foskett of Warm Beach officiating. Music was by Betty Cross and Helen Foskett accompanied by Mrs. Herbert Weber. Interment followed in the family plot of the Burlington Cemetery.
