My grandmother, Ruth Florence Davenport, daughter of James Kesterson Davenport and Mary Elizabeth "Bessie" Latham, graduated from Burlington High School in 1927. She then attended Bellingham Normal School. For a while she was an elementary teacher in Belfast and Anacortes. Does anyone know where I could write for records for the Burlington High School?
